Mobile Notary Services

Note

  • In compliance with Arizona law, notarial acts are charged at $10 per notarized signature.

  • Mobile Notary Visit Fee: The flat fee covers administrative preparation, scheduling, drive time, and the cost of providing convenient, on-location service.

  • Travel is billed separately at $0.65 per mile, round trip, from Mesa, AZ.

  • Discounts may be available for multiple documents or signers – please inquire for custom quotes.

  • Payment Methods: Cash, Zelle, CashApp, Venmo accepted. Credit/debit card payments incur a $5 processing fee.

Remote Online Notary (RON) Services

Note

  • RON Session Fee: The flat fee covers admin, setup, and tech platform use.

  • Complex Documents: Documents requiring formatting, editing, or PDF correction may incur additional setup fees.

  • Jurisdiction Responsibility: It’s the client’s responsibility to confirm that RON documents are accepted in their destination state/country.

  • RON Platform: We use BlueNotary to conduct secure, fully compliant remote sessions.

Service Fees

Loan Closings: $85–150

  • Seller, buyer, or refinance packages

  • Includes printing, travel (up to 40 miles round trip), scanbacks, and up to two signers

RON Loan Closings: $125–150

  • Remote signings via BlueNotary

  • Includes ID verification, platform access, and setup

  • Up to two signers

Loan Signing Agent Services

Note

  • Travel: Included within 40 miles round trip. Additional mileage billed at $0.65 per mile.

  • Scanbacks: Included up to 50 pages. $10 per additional 50 pages.

  • Cancellations/No-Shows: 50% fee if canceled after documents are printed or appointment is confirmed.

  • Refusal to Sign (On-Site): Full fee applies.

We help individuals, law firms, and businesses obtain apostilles for documents being used internationally. Our service includes document intake, state-specific handling, and secure return delivery.

Standard Apostille Facilitation: $125–$175

  • Includes one document

  • Covers intake, shipping, tracking, and full processing

  • State apostille fee not included (varies by state)

Additional Documents: $50 each

Rush Service (when available): +$75

We facilitate apostilles for all 50 U.S. states. Please contact us for state-specific timelines or multi-document quotes.

  • Not a Legal Service: We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice. Our role is to facilitate the apostille process on your behalf.

  • State Fees: Each state sets its own apostille fee (typically $5–$20); this is billed in addition to our service charge.

  • Turnaround Time: Varies by state. Standard processing takes 1–3 weeks. Expedited service may be available in select states—please inquire.
